| Renee Lefko,
C.P.C.C., A.C.G., founder of the Women's Empowerment
Project, has been working with women and teens for
over 15 years. Renee brings a unique perspective
to life coaching from her background as a performer
and certified image consultant. Her skills and training
include co-active life coaching, non-verbal communication,
body language, dynamic presentations and effective
communication, business and social etiquette, self-esteem,
image awareness, and styling. She also specializes
in educating & coaching adults with ADD. Because
of her ability to take a variety of approaches to
personal success, Renee offers a truly holistic coaching
experience for her clients.
Renee is passionate about wanting women of all ages to claim their
lives with dignity, learn to discover their own sources of happiness,
and find value in their lives by rediscovering their true selves.
She knows from personal experience that this is the path to true
joy and empowerment. She guides her clients courageously and gently
through the process of "rocking the boat" that may be
necessary to live a full, yet balanced life.
Renee earned her certification as a professional co-active coach
from the Coaches
Training Institute in San Rafael, CA. She earned
her certification to coach adults with AD/HD at
the ADD Coach Academy in Slingerlands,NY. She is
a member of the
International Coach
Federation, and former president
of the Los Angeles chapter of the Association
of Image Consultants International. She volunteers her time as a speaker for various professional associations, community organizations
and high school events.
