Before I started coaching with Renee Lefko there were many days I thought I could easily go out of my head. I have so many goals I want to accomplish but felt as if I was going in circles. I would start tasks and get sidetracked, forgetting what I had started and starting something else. My memory worried me, I had such a hard time focusing on one thing and I would forget what I had been doing two minutes before. My mind would constantly race and I felt a great deal of stress due to so many things undone. My “to do” lists kept growing, leading me to feel overwhelmed and depressed. I had no real sense of “time”, therefore being late to appointments and work, which added more stress and disappointment in my life. There were days I would stay in bed because my mind felt so overworked that it made me lethargic. This was the cycle I was living in, suffering and feeling inadequate, constantly disappointing myself and being angry that I didn’t have the strength to change.

I met with Renee and she helped me to realize that I am not the only one suffering from these circumstances. In the six months that I have been coached by Renee I have seen so much improvement in my life. She has helped me manage my ADD and coached me into feeling confident and in control. I am no longer late to my appointments and work, I can focus on projects and complete them! I feel very little stress and don’t sleep the days away anymore. I have gotten a handle on my finances and am taking care of my body by eating well and exercising. The best part of the coaching experience is that I feel like I know myself better than I ever have before. With Renee’s help I not only understand my weaknesses and strengths I now understand how to work with them and live my life to my full potential.

In the past I’ve tried psychologists, seminars, hypnosis, and even medication to help me get to the point where I felt productive. None of these things helped and eventually I would start the same patterns over again. Coaching has truly been a blessing in my life and it helps in every aspect of your life, not just one! I highly recommend it to anyone who is truly ready to get on with their life and face their true potential!!

Many, many thanks to you , Renee for the coaching. I learned so much from you. By practicing my action items I am quickly finding "my voice." Your counseling has allowed me to continue to be of service, keep an open mind to understand others while strengthening my personal ability to do the things which fulfill my own needs. For example, my husband recently had surgery and I have had many requests from people which I have had to decline. As a result of our coaching I didn’t say “yes”, I declined and guess what? People pretty much understood and I felt no need to explain further. Also, having defined “living within your means” as one of my values, I can now, without guilt, allow people to experience the consequences of their own actions and not take it on to help. What a concept! Your support and guidance were exactly what I needed to validate actions and put me on the road to decisiveness. I appreciate your listening and your leading me to clarify my values for a more productive and happy life. I will hang these values in a place where I can read them and live from them!
